I am not a great clock fan no, and I do think they could make much more of the liver buildings than they do.

I am only joking about Salisbury being dull really. it is one of the best cathedrals and very interesting.
I used to live not far from it and have taken guests quite a few times, but not one of them wanted to see the cathedral above all else and I dont believe anybody ever would

If you're going to make that trip, take in Stonehenge - just up the road.

Unique in the world, and over 3,000 years old. Older than the Pyramids - which we know all about.

As to why, exactly when, how, by whom and for what purpose - Stonehenge was built - remains a complete mystery.

Even the massive stones, and materials used, are not local.

Nobody goes to Salisbury Catherdral on purpose.

So untrue!

It houses the best preserved copy of the Magna Carta - one of the most famous documents since the Bible.

A cornerstone of numerous legal systems and governances, including ours.

In addition to being a major contributor/influence for the American Constitution.

Consequently, an extreme focal point for academics, historians, tourists and the international legal profession.

More than a lot of nobodies...on purpose...

Exactly. dull.
