If you watched his murder trial (the actual trial not that ludicrous tv show) you would see that it was not possible for him to have committed the crime as laid out by the prosecution, and therefore he is presumed not guilty. Are you saying his sentence for the armed "robbery" was deliberately harsh because they thought he was guilty of the murder?
