Ah yes; print the facts but not the details; no names, no pics of perps or victims (those remain private and for the authorities).
Frustrating enough to deter those wanting posthumous notoriety - they won't be getting any!!
Likewise in those "bravely waiving anonymity" cases for Professional Victims - ban it so they cannot sell their stories.
They can still get justice through the courts but no cash for the lurid, inflated, colourful horror stories.
Oh the media can still print them without the names and photos - and without payment.

In the case of false accusers, where legal proceedings are in place, I'm sure it would be possible to impose anonymity and starve these desperate souls from the oxygen of publicity. The sooner the better.
However, when it comes to these tragic shooting sprees, how on earth could such events be supressed from being put in the public domain. I don't see how this could be practicable.
