Funnily enough, Barney, no. I was a huuuge fan of his music when I was a child,(still am) but he wasn't usually performing as himself, so no hero-worship going on.
I found the forum by accident, after discovering that some of the Savile evidence could not possibly have happened, and I was very glad to find similar opinions.

Of course, having come to know him through the forum, (as much as you can know anyone this way) I have come to admire his honesty, decency and determination, as I am sure we all do, but fan? no, and I found the question strange.
