Mart	Simple if you read the above post Zoo. Drown it in oil! I only know of one catfish recipe seriously though, use them in a Gumbo and in an ideal world, with crayfish added, lots of chilli and okra melted as a thickener in a thick stocky hot sauce. Failing that, make it stand arrogantly outside the see through front door, like next doors cat does and make my dog bark hysterically for ten minutes. What is it with cats and dogs? They hate each other, but the cats blatantly come looking for trouble. To quote Eddie Izzard. Dog; Can I go out, can I go out ..pant pant bark.. Master; No stay here! Dog; The cats gone out..pant woof. Likeing the lobstersnake thing on the link by the way.
