Not a mere judge, but rather Sir William Blackstone, the first legal figure to attempt to explain and defend Britain's murky mixture of law and convention that passes for a constitution. And really, to be fair, you need to read him carefully and comprehensively rather than pluck a single quote from him that happens to seem to fit any agenda. Maybe in a hundred years time someone will attempt to back up a bill in Parliament for a minimum height for MPs by saying, 'Sir Cliff Richard made a point of saying he liked tall speakers - I refer the Honorable Member to "Wired for Sound"!'

I cant find it now, but someone said they ere outraged that we should have rapists on the streets to save him from the MILD INCONVENIENCE of an investigation that comes to nothing.
With some people, you might just as well bash your head against a brick wall as get them to understand.
