md	I'm a secret fan of your 'brushes with fame' stories, Hedda. #MeMeMeToo is such an appropriate name for the movement that has hijacked the original movement. I've just finished reading a biography about the famous Hollywood scriptwriter and director Joseph L Mankiewicz. In the Epilogue the following line jumped out at me, I think because it seems to sum up one of the big dangers of #MeMeMeToo: "...oft-told tales frequently become factual through repetition".
hedda	Interesting. The problem is that the very worthy movement called Feminism has been hijacked by fanatical non-feminists. The so-called FEMINAZIS. But don't take my word for it because Germaine Greer agrees with me and I have had this discussion with her. (one of my most admired qualities is my capacity to not drop names) I've been a feminist since I was very young (circa 1923) because I was raised by incredibly strong women ..a mother and an aunt..who did none of the sort of things "wives" are meant to do , aided by a the most wonderful, very soft darling old Scot's father who revered the women around him including his mother who was an Irish Suffragette. #MeMeMeToo is fuck all to do with feminism..and everything to do with a Witch Hunt.
