Jo According to comments MWT has posted on Facebook, he's hoping for the book to be a No 1 best seller and says that there will also be an audio version, which he himself will narrate.

Bet the audio version will be a hit with his gaggle of female fans. They can listen to him when they go to bed and let him lull them to sleep, slurping away about death and its unique smell.
Jo I wonder if the book will come out at all, especially after the recent IPSO ruling endorsing the MoS article.
