Mobility scooters/powered wheelchairs are a godsend to those with mobility problems, for all kinds of reasons.

Infirment, old age, disability, illness etc. Our laws force our shops and entertainment outlets to have appropriate access.

Many EU countries don't have the same facilities or assistance. France and Spain, for example.
