Bookworm Lockerbie.

Megrahi and Libyan leader Gaddaffi were blamed or framed for that.
The guy who owned the clothes shop in Malta was Toni Gauci and it is believed he may have received a substantial amount of money from US officials for his testimony.
Don't forget, he changed his statement over the purchasing of the slalom.shirts.

It is also believed he may have seen Megrahis photo (previously in a magazine).

There was also controversy around the fragments from the timers. Ed Bollier testified they had never sold those kind of timers to the Libyans, only to Germany.

If US officials have steered the evidence in this case, it won't look good for them.or indeed any innocents.

Scotland were also given 2 billion in compo from Gaddaffi ( he paid it to have the sanctions lifted).
The case files were stamped with a 'not for public interest' seal by David Miliband.
So secret are the files that the Scottish minister of justice can't even look at them.

Is Milibands current cushy job in New York just a coincidence?
