JK2006 Norton should get a BAFTA. This is a really good series. Congratulations to all involved.
JK2006 Brilliant article in yesterday's Saturday Mail by Stephen Pound (ex MP) who met Keeler as a 15 year old. Norton is superb in this and the story behind the Ward tragedy gets more intriguing by the day. Next weekend a more documentary BBC2 examination promises to be worth watching.
JK2006 Apart from anything else I'd forgotten how complex the whole scandal was; far more than the obvious.
JK2006 The more I see of this, the better it gets. Norton is terrific as Ward. His "switched on" smile is stunning. Little moments (best of all; Mandy Rice Davies getting her eyelashes ripped off by a warder in prison). TV is getting very good at this (the marvellous effect when Jonathan Harker's eye got invaded by a fly in Dracula). If you've missed it so far; catch up on iPlayer.
