JK2006 Tom Hanks has long been one of my favourite actors and the wonderful thing about this is - he's clearly learned from working with the best actor in the world at the moment - Mark Rylance (in Bridge of Spies). Tom seems to have worked on his "eye acting" which Mark does brilliantly, better than anyone. So his Oscar deserving performance lifts this film from 3 stars to four stars.
