robbiex Both series are available on iplayer. It took me a while to recognise Nicola Walker on "Last Tango..", such was the difference in look and character. Some good stuff on the beeb at the moment, I think I would still pay the subscription should they remove the licence.
JK2006 I've missed both series, Robbie, but I adore Nicola; a fantastic actress. Paired with Sarah in Halifax they make a superb couple; I hoped for romance though it seems now that vodka is involved.
robbiex I would highly recommend The Split, also starring Nicola Walker in a completely different role. I found series 2 (Currently on iplayer) absolutely gripping,
JK2006 This is so good; beautifully written; often funny; sometimes heart breaking; all the actors are fantastic though the masterclass between Sarah Lancashire and Nicola Walker is stunning. But anything Derek Jacobi and Anne Reid are in is bound to be superb. It really is terrific; almost up to Alan Bennett standard - I cannot compliment it more highly.
