Honey Oh bugger!
JK2006 The man who avoided investigating his Chief Constable who sanctioned officers lying to magistrates to get search warrants and failing to report three Deaths In Custody gets a freebie year on Surrey tax payers' money.

Even his own party - the Conservatives - kicked him out and selected a young woman to take his place. His bosses at Surrey County Council reprimanded him and demanded he investigate CC Ephgrave and apologise to me, which he refused to do.

It was absolutely certain he'd be dumped by voters this May (he's standing as an independent). So now he gets another year. Tragic for Surrey residents. Fantastic for Surrey Police who can continue their extraordinary behaviour.
