Mart That`s quite interesting as a ruling.
Of course, the period of his life in which he was being caricatured from, he was actually an amateur athlete!
Therefore, he was paid in full!
zooloo IRC the Ad Standards people agreed he's been caricatured without his consent but decided Bedford hadn't suffered financially...

So Bedford "won" his case and that's about it.
Mart Re 118 118 blokes, does anyone know what happened to the story of 70`s commonwealth athlete, David Bedford threatening to sue them for stealing his image?
It popped up on Talk Sport.
JK2006 If Producers are looking for a big alternative ending for British viewers, a slow massacre of those bloody 118 118 men in the breaks would be a ratings winner.
