The plight of the one room families, the bed sit dwellers, the homeless/rough sleepers - could well come to a head this Easter weekend.
When temperatures will hit 25°c - and beaches and parks are severely restricted for relaxation purposes.
So many are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea.
Cramped/unfit for purpose accommodation V being arrested for seeking fresh air!
Powderkeg ingredients currently exist for the vulnerable:-
- inadequate accommodation
- no cafes, few takeaways
- open spaces closed
- bank holidays making things worse
- emergency services and charities overrun
Completely new territory for our nation - with uncertain consequences..
