zooloo Perhaps the next time you put an undesired steak into Mrs M's handbag you should tell her. Then she could remove it before going to work thus saving a dog anxiety.

Just a thought.
Mart Every morning, when Mrs Mart starts to leave for work, the dog infuriates the whole household by barking madly and running off with her handbag.

It`s very annoying, but we think we have got to the crux of the problem now.

Last night for the second time only, I wrapped a particularly dry old steak from the local pub up in a paper napkin and brought it back for the dog.

The dog is making a hyserical fuss which probably in Canine translates to "Ok leave the house again if you must, but the steak stays here with me! I know it`s in there you know!Grrrr!"
