Honey Surely it is easily possible to establish if a snapchat site has been hacked or not, or that a photo has been sent or not?
Jo If she sent the boy topless photos of herself and an explicit video she seems lucky to have escaped the sex conviction. It doesn't seem clear to me that he made it up.

JK2006 Why a retrial in January? Clearly the boy was a false accuser making up claims.
