JK2006 I was the first in my NHS surgery to have the Flu jab (about a week ago). The nurse suggested I also have the Pneumonia jab (I didn't even know there was one) so I've had that too. I've found the Flu Vaccine excellent in the past - even when I caught flu it was far shorter and less strong than in the past (except 2017-2018 - wrong vaccine).

I'm 75 and Type 2 diabetic so in the front line of vulnerability. On the other hand I'm not overweight and have never smoked.

Fingers crossed I have another 20 years left. There's a lot left to do.
