Very simple to do, just make your normal curry sauce up and drop some coley or pollock in at the end.( I am told monkfish is commonly used too)
It seems to be curry night on the board tonight, we should put a blackboard outside!

Fish curries? The best I can do is Kedgeree from scratch, which is very messy but simple and one of the most filling meals I have ever had!

Knowing the board host's penchant for shopping at waitrose (presumably when said item can not be found in Harrods), I would like to offer a food tip;
Their Goan fish curry is the best curry i have tasted outside of Tooting and their pilau rice is really good too.
