Alison	Getting out of or into the UK - on any mode of transport - has become a very difficult task. For passengers and freight. Our new virus mutation has made our neighbours very nervous, with numerous restrictions being implemented from all directions. Countries don't seem to trust our virus management - and, even though some regulations are for two days - the problems could last for weeks.
JK2006	Ah Unprecedented; another of those bullshit trigger words.
Alison	Restrictions are already in place today - to Holland and Belgium - with the pending decisions of Italy and Germany being watched by other EU countries who are likely to follow their lead. The Eurostar has also been restricted - with Londoners and Tier 4 residents unable to travel anywhere, even domestically. Soon, all UK residents will be banned from travelling abroad. All unprecedented - even at war times and when terrorism was/is rife - and because our version of the virus mutation is more infectious than other countries. More bad luck, as all viruses mutate - usually without effect.
