Exactly Honey and also the opposite. And the possible truth; somewhere in the middle. The Palace hasn't quite understood the new media world. Meghan never quite understood the Palace and all the while the tabloids want a great story. Preferably with a pretty girl in it; and lots of Front Pages.

The Sussex's motive for the interview, however criminal/underhand/vulgar it might be, and however much a pair of raving liars they might be, doesn't mean that the institution itself is not at fault.
It can all be true at the same time, in principal.

I shall watch tonight but I reckon it's the shock of arriving in a true celebrity family without seeing how nasty the media can be and how institutions take forever to adapt.

I haven't seen the whole interview yet, just clips, but someone who calls the royal family a "construct" sounds like a republican to me. You'd think the royal family would vet potential new members, especially ones from republics, to at least ensure that they hold with royalty. But maybe it was left to Harry to be the judge of that. Oh dear...

Do you not think that this interview looks like a measured attack on The Royals rather than something that has slipped out in the goldfish bowl pressure of celebrity?
