JK2006 Today's police excuse "I thought it was a water pistol".

When Conventional Wisdom says females are exactly the same as males, I giggle. Equal pay for equal jobs - yes. But some women are simply not equipped to fill certain jobs (as they skip and giggle whilst pretending to play football and squeak and grunt when hitting tennis balls). Just as men are useless at carrying inside babies for 9 months and giving birth. Simply not built to do it efficiently.

In my experience, whilst some women make great cops (and even Prime Ministers) many do not.

"Oh I thought my gun was a taser".

Have you seen the difference? Handled them both?

DOH is a real under statement. Do NOT let women near weapons. (Do not let many MEN near them either - but that's another story).

I have on good authority JK that the females of all species and especially humans, are far more intuitive than males. I believe it.

Also listened to a fascinating lecture today by a retired FBI Profiler who was accurate around 75% of the time which led to quicker arrests.

He also got to interview most of the USA's most infamous serial killers to aid in his work and his first questions were always about their relationship with their mothers which he reckons is where it all begins.
JK2006 I found it quite surprising that there is one human being who can see it, in my opinion, absolutely right.

Yes interesting video GM thanks. I also keep laughing when I read about this! I agree with the guy in the video - a tragic accident that the guy who got shot is responsible for. He has a duty to co operate with a reasonable Police request and takes the risk of an accident if he doesn't. But my God a cop not realising they are holding a gun...

Brandon Tatum is one of my favourite YouTubers, I have a preordered his book Beaten Black & Blue which is due in November.
JK2006 Yes Honey although I actually think Cressida Dick seems a decent cop and I don't blame her for the death. My theory, as often, is that neither extreme is correct; there are good cops and bad cops - most are in between. But many situations are not suited for women. Likewise good judges and bad judges - the good one in my cases was a woman; the bad ones were men. One of the judges in my first appeal was a woman but the bad one was the guy I knew at Cambridge and had sex with, who failed to mention that to his fellow judges (he was a year older than me and it was totally illegal back then).
