JK2006 Please spread the word!
JK2006 Almost nobody in Surrey seems aware there even IS an election on Thursday, let alone what a PCC is (Police and Crime Commissioner).

They are the individuals in charge of every Chief Constable, making sure the police force in that county is honest, decent, fair.

Three friends of mine told me that "Surrey Police are killing me" and then subsequently died. I have no idea whether they were right or wrong but the PCC (Munro) SHOULD have investigated.

I doubt many in Surrey have a clue who the PCC currently is and tend to always just tick the blue box!
