If you were unemployed they sent you to a course ran by a third party. So you signed on with course provider and not the actual Job Centre and you did all your job hunting on the course also. No wonder so many unemployed spent money my the pub - it was friendly place and atmosphere.

Once the figures keep going down they will find a new football to play with for example cars and lorries.
