I wonder if I can sue the Rolling Stones for the disappointment I felt aged twelve when I discovered that the zip on the cover only concealed a pair of pants?

I was in the States and picked up a music mag with him about 10 years ago or so. He did an interview about it how happy he was to be on the album cover, not forgetting the fans he met. He even has a 'Nevermind' tattoo also on his chest. So has the money run out ?
It reminds of the lad of the Placebo album cover, who later became a chef and then became unemployed. He claims he was bullied at school after the album release, in which I don't believe either.
I am freaked out by a few albums covers for example. Heroes' Are Find To Find, Blind Faith, Houses Of The Holy, Balance, Virgin Killer and Petting Zoo (Both covers).
I thought Mom's Apple Pie albums were great and saw the album cover as tongue and cheek.

Yes this made me chuckle earlier Honey. I love the ridiculous argument his lawyer came up with: the naked baby is reaching out to a dollar bill & this makes him look like a "sex worker".
What kind of a mind makes this jump? How many album buyers would assume a baby who can't sit upright yet could in any possible way look like a sex worker.
Good luck with that one mate!

A naked baby swimming is not pornographic.
If this man thought it was, why was he happy to promote the pornography by recreating the photo a few years ago?
If he wants to make a few quid from it, ok, but lets not trivialise crimes against children by calling an innocent picture pornographic.
