Not necessarily. You could be frustrated by being homeless and always overtaken in the queue, without actually wanting anyone to be left in a dangerous place.

I always agreed that we should sort our homeless veterans first. Even when I was living abroad.

Jo I think you may be right, Wyot. I wonder if they're expecting people to queue up at the Taliban's brand new and fully legal asylum seeker processing office. Punishing people for travelling illegally seems very unfair in the circumstances.
