Green Man Gibraltar has cancelled Christmas despite being the most vaccinated place. Austria is going back to to lockdown, Germany again and Slovenia.

It's a game and always be from now on. I do wonder if the UK will go back in to full lockdown?

Ireland has bought back curfew then again the Irish government has always been mad.
Honey Oh well...

We complained about the injustice of Austria locking up everyone who is unvaxxed.

They appear to have listened, because now they have gone and locked up the whole country!
Wyot Yes the militant/activisit anti-vaxxers are an odd nutty right-wing lot on the whole; influenced by a tsunami of shit on the internet.

However I tire of anyone who questions our reaction to Covid in terms of restrictions being labelled a "conspiracy theorist" or "anti-science" when we don't believe there is any co-ordination or long term aim to the restrictions, and rely on all the other science available about masks and lockdowns to come to our conclusions.

And have to pinch myself that we now live in a world where people can be confined to their homes for not submitting to a medical procedure that primarily affects their health, not other peoples. This is not anti-vaxx; it is anti-insanity.

That one can be pro-vaxx, take the vaxx and advise everyone to do so but not be in favour of house arrest for those who don't, seems a distinction too far for most these days...

The restrictions should be coming off midnight tonight (I think).

There's a famous singer who is right up and personal at these events and a multi multi millionaire who was there too.. so it's a mixed bag of thugs, social disrupters,
entertainers, multi-millionaires and people who are genuinely concerned about adverse affects and legislation changes that give the State more powers..

I find the militant anti-vaxers very odd.

So many have an "alternative" appearance..nothing wrong with that.

But they all come across as extremer right wingers who seem to believe they are at the forefront of "deep thinking" when the majority quote claptrap promoted by QAnon and other fascist style propagandists (their not conspiracy merchants but blatant and dangerous liars).

With vax rates heading towards 80/90% in most countries the "sheeple" have won this battle and the noisy minority have lost.

But fascists have a way of undermining society and the fact the USA has , it appears millions who believe Trump's lies is frightening.

Meanwhile the Fox News propagandist boss Lachlan Murdoch and family have returned again to the safety of Australia (via a large private jet) while Rupert tries to douse some of the flames he started by promoting Trump in the first place and being a sort of State Broadcaster for Trumpism.

## the anti-vaxers in Melbourne are summed up by the ex-stripper just fined over a traffic stop where she parroted idiotic US "sovereign citizen" claptrap at a police traffic stop.
