Stop being tubby if you want a longer live.

Exercise equipment is dirt cheap. Foot peddlers are good I use them when I watch films, resistance bands are only a couple of quid, dumbbells are not expensive.

It's amazing how much calorie's you can burn by using peddlers whilst watching TV.

Yep. I do an hours shadow boxing/boxercise 5 mornings - on a good week! - now a week listening to hard rock to keep me going - no major kit needed whatsoever and I do it at home so no on going cost; but is a full body cardio work out, easy on my middle-aged legs and knees.

Also walk a fair bit and swim occasionally.

I don't do it to try and live forever or look "ripped" or anything. I do it for my health & cos it makes me feel bloody great.

But people just need to eat healthily and walk - even for just 30 mins a day. It aint complicated. I know it is not as easy for some due to health issues (physical and or mental) but I do believe the vast majority of people can find a little something that works for them...*

I do exercise just to be healthy, I am unlucky with my metabolism. So I can pounds on easily but its challenging for me to shred weight easily.

So I am always going short and stocky genetics, my genetics are also against me. If I was just bit taller by inches I would have better BMI and waistline.

My BMI is under control; it's not fantastic but still in the healthy number bracket. I don't drink as much as I did, its mainly at parties these days.

I like using foot peddlers when I am watching TV, it does not feel like exercise but it is.

What on earth is a foot peddler?

Oh I see. you must be very dedicated.

Fidgety people are always slimmer than those of us who sit still, so it obviously all mounts up.

I am fidgety, however it's the only time I can watch a film without being bored or want to get up for the sake of it.

I am not dedicated as I was with exercise.
