Oh I agree, like I said in the first post, it is only assuming that they DO need to do something.
But given that they seem determined, it seems a very inefficient way to go about it.
They are only determined - IMHO - to appear to be doing something about a situation they can't do anything much about, and know they can't. And on an individual level - witness the breaking of their own rules - don't even see the need for. |
