His colleagues have covered up for too long for him and it is time in my view that he did the honourable thing and retired to get some help with his obvious problem. To think that the UK has an alcohol fuelled Police Chief in Charge when supposedly we are threatened with a serious terrorist threat. Brave of the Councillor to tell the truth about what is actually going on at the top of our country.
