Tony The Lion To clarify, I mean Boris not to be the PM. K Starmer wouldn't have been my first choice. I'd have long picked one of the Milibands or Andy Burnham, and would have loved to avoid the chaos of the Corbyn years, though I'd still have taken him over Boris. And yes, I am a labour voter (by that I mean I happen to have voted Labour since the 80s, because I have always found them more appealing that the conservatives, and let's face it, they are the only two parties who, at present, and most likely forever, can realistically form a government).

JK2006 would be a worse PM; I'm not keen on either of them or, I must admit, anyone else. I'm fast becoming convinced that Prime Ministers have very little power, that the media wields full power and that Democracy doesn't work (for that very reason; the majority of the public go along with simplistic slogans and superficial stories).
