Wyot Yes my fave TV chef as well; he has a lovely series about Cornwall on the go here at the moment - though hardly any Cooking in it!
hedda Rick Stein is my favorite TV chef. Met him many times in Oz as he's frequently here for his restaurant but never eaten there as it's too far up the coast.

Very friendly guy.
JK2006 Fascinating Rick Stein piece on these. I've eaten them for years; delicious but quite rare. As Rick says, a bit like scallops. Catching them with salt and watering cans is weird yet wonderful.
