I've got nothing against Djokovic. His success would be more promotion for a vegan lifestyle, like Lewis Hamilton and the Williams sister, but someone winning for the seventh time wouldn't be very interesting. That said I would be gutted if Kyrios won. I don't enjoy watching people being abusive to fellow players, audience members, and officials. He said that people like him because he plays to full stadiums. Nick, people buy Wimbledon tickets months or weeks ahead not knowing who they are going to see on which court, not even knowing whether they will see Men's or Women's tennis.
As for the women's final, it would be interesting if Elena Rybakina won, as she was born in Moscow, although she represents Kazakstan. It would be ironic as Wimbledon banned all Russians, and Putin would see it as a show of Russian strength. |

The news is that the main story is the resignation of Boris. For me it is the resignation of Nadal. But at least now we can root for Novak (or, unlikely, a Brit??). |

Taylor Fritz should be allowed to play in the semi-final if Nadal has withdrawn, since his victor is unable to compete. Its not fair that Kyrios gets a bye straight through to sundays final whilst Djokovic and Norrie will have to play a tough semi-final in hot weather. Nadal should have quit during the quarter-final, it would have been fairer on Fritz. Even his dad was telling him to withdraw midway through. |

I found it incredible he didn't pull out of the match against Fritz let alone win it. He was clearly in pain. He is an amazing person. |
