JK2006 I don't agree with Rachel though she knows more than I do. I think there should have been a major lockdown only for the vulnerable and those dealing with them (masks etc). If a huge amount had been spent isolating, protecting and caring for the elderly, hospitals, care homes and prisons, and the rest of the public asked to be aware and take great care until vaccines were found, the death figure would have been one tenth in the UK.
