JK2006	It's interesting when "victims" complain if their phones/computers are taken and examined. But it is essential; and not just theirs but any boyfriend, girlfriend, wives or husbands... it isn't just that there can be evidence (such as in Liam Allan's case) that the "victim" was never raped and remained friends for months but also there can be evidence of collusion - a wife texting the husband for example saying they must get the dates agreed and claimed. So events "took place" two to three years before they could have done in order to make them under age instead of perfectly legal. Of course this is even more vital in gay cases or claims (remember the age of consent for males was 21 until the late 1990s and then 18 until the turn of the century, whereas the age of consent for girls was 16). This absurd, ridiculous, unfair situation is responsible for the conviction of many gay men, some of whom are still in prison.
JK2006	Astonishing quantity of views for this rather niche thread but it is fascinating how a good investigator can discover stupid mistakes or even crimes in the history of those who think there is no down side to lying about historical (or even recent) events. The man (above) only came forward when publicity of my arrest hit the front pages in 2015 (which is why police do it - they say it is to encourage real victims to come forward but in fact 90% of subsequent claims are either entirely fake or exaggerated and many of them are for money - though all will claim to have "no interest in any financial compensation - they are just doing it to spare future "victims"). It's OK when police and prosecutors genuinely believe there have been crimes but often they are well aware the liars are faking it but need them to do so convincingly in order to get convictions, promotion, praise, budget increases and good media coverage. As a result they groom, assist and provide detail and information - essentially attempting to pervert the course of justice. What an extraordinary situation when law keepers are breaking the law. With the approval of media and society (because it's a better story). I think the experiences of Cardinal George Pell is a very clear example of how the REAL criminals get away with it.
JK2006	Apologies if you've read this story before but I've had so many messages about the "debacle" of my 2018 trial that I thought I'd write it again. One liar, who I couldn't remember ever meeting but who was clearly one of my thousand strong King's Army in the 1960s (word of mouth promoting singles) claimed he'd met me only the once - that I'd taken him to my "flat on the second floor of a block" (I lived in a house) and after I'd raped him never had any contact with me again ("why would I have?" in his sworn police statement). Unfortunately for him his mother confirmed we'd spoken on the phone several times regarding promoting records. And then we discovered a press interview he'd given in the 1990's (over 20 years after the "rape") where he claimed to have been the lead singer with his good friend JK's group The Weathermen and had appeared with me on Top of the Pops. My QC asked him about this. "It was a fantasy", he replied. The jury smiled and one member winked at me. There are ALWAYS chinks in the armour of liars if you look closely enough.
