You cant do anything about "normal" people acting like this, but some of them are very obviously not the full shilling, and I get the feeling that that they are sometimes deliberately exploited by police and other meddlers.
Maybe eugenics is not a bad thing after all.
Retraining and making the individual officers accountable should be enough. |
