What I have read about Joe Orton he only cared about Joe Orton. He has showed signs of a sociopath. Halliwell was going to be committed so I wonder if Joe and showbiz friends drove him nuts or he was nuts? People can be cruel. In Kenneth Williams Diaries he spoke about Halliwell in a positive light. KW adored both of them equally.
