At the very least, the new Netflix episodes raise some interesting questions about how new entrants are treated by our Royal Family. We already had an inkling with the Diana saga.

I think that most people understand that H & M are playing a game with the media and personally winning, but at the same time playing the victim.

I think you are assuming that most people come to dislike them only because they believe the media, rather than many seeing it for just what it is all about - and deciding that they have had enough of them....

Oh I think they need new advisors immediately but when they unwisely decided to sue the media and even more unwisely won, they were destined to fail whatever they did. Except they haven't actually failed; they have made a fortune (good for them) and can afford total privacy apart from the few minutes of benefitting from celebrity (always useful when booking a restaurant table).
In the real world, they have won, hands down. In media world (and those who believe the media) it's a disaster.
