I did some voluntary work in a soup kitchen during lockdown for homeless many of them were veteran's. I thought it was fun. I hate the term "Festive" it's Christmas even though I'm an atheist. It's still Christmas. Even the Sikhs and Hindus still say Merry Christmas to me and I say it back. Even though they don't celebrate it. They still indulge and have a few days off work.
