More that one outcome of the media hype - as well as the dead - being the conspiracy theories. Lots of people instinctively saw there was something very wrong with what was being presented and the available evidence. But instead of coming to the simplest conclusion (Occam's razor - media hype, panic) they filled their heads with conspiracy theories instead. I'm terms of World stability, unhelpful ones as well.
