Green Man I had this sent to me, I do remember watching this laughing all the through every week. It was a guilty pleasure of mine.

After suffering diabolical Canadian TV for a few years. Cop Rock was a breath fresh air. It was good because it was terrible, Canadian TV back then was so bad you were scared to switch the set on.
