JK2006 is the old movies shown (mainly on BBC2. Talking Pictures and these days Ch5).
Both The Lavender Hill Mob and Passport To Pimlico both genius.
They don't make films like that anymore.
More's the pity.
Gentle, funny, sensitive comedies.
