Excess deaths for one.

But we can't have it both ways GM. Sceptical about "excess deaths" due to Covid and also unquestioning acceptance of "excess deaths" from alleged heart problems caused by vaccines.

I don't understand why they think the vaccines caused the injuries and not covid itself?

ALL vaccines cause injury sometimes, and this is to be expected, so if the whole world gets vaccinations there will be injuries, but proportionally the same as always? (Or perhaps a bit more because people who would not normally be vaccinated were included?)

But, lots of people who had covid and where not vaccinated have been left with terrible injuries, so we know the virus caused long term harm. (particularly at the start before it mutated into milder form)

We also (now) know that the vaccine didn't stop anyone catching the virus, and we believe that the testing kits missed almost half of cases.

Therefore, cant we assume that most vaccinated people have also caught covid? (probably right after they were packed into crowded vaccination centres with nothing but an old rag tied loosely round their gobs, with nurses cross contaminating like billy-o)

We know that for most people the illness goes almost unnoticed, and I cant find any reason to think that the harm is from the vaccine (normal vaccine damage aside) rather than covid itself, particularly as the vaccines assumed responsible are of two completely different types.

I can only tell you from my experience. People I know who had the job still have lost smell and taste.

I had Covid and recovered after a few weeks. I am still here and still my senses.

I think you are absolutely correct Honey. Unfortunately many people search blindly for what they believe is evidence for what they wish to be true

The government knew it was BS Wyot. However they got very rich from it.

Those of us who questioned whether lockdowns were proportinate or effective get lumped in with the anti-vax brigade and other conspiracies. As if we are somehow just in-the-bones anti anything of any kind that relates to Covid.

I think you are absolutely correct Honey. Unfortunately many people search blindly for what they believe is evidence for what they wish to be true.

This is also how so many millions clung on to the idea that lockdowns and masks had any effect on Covid deaths.

I believe the mass belief in lockdowns was a religious process; or at least used the same process and spaces in the mind that should be saved for the numinous.

The two camps - lockdown lovers & anti vax - have much more in common than they realise; namely putting a desire that something is so above evidence.

It is the process people use to believe in gods.

I think belief in gods can be very healthy for people and "truth" comes in many forms. But it is no foundation to run public policy decisions by, or risk your health against.

yes we can have it both ways! It's all part of the plan.
