The river is not that deep but it can still be dangerous if it's cold she hit her head on the surface. You can drown by a teaspoon of water.

River, lakes and ponds can be much colder than sea water. It's nothing for people to place missing phones or wallets on benches or landmarks, in case the owner is retracting their steps. If a mobile is lost and unlocked normally the person who found will call a number on the contacts list.

However more and more are locked and have finger prints or face recognition. They are difficult to unlock unless you're an expert in tech.
