Joe Turner Mission impossible is one of the top three most enduring movie franchises, with Pirates of the Caribbean and James Bond.

With the exception of Bond, the others make
movies simultaneously - thus reducing costs and allowing ample CGI enhancement time.

This simple technique - starting with The Bill on TV - where characters got their colleagues names wrong, in different episodes.
JK2006 If you like the series (and Tom Cruise) which I do, you'll love it. Inexplicable plot but who cares? The action is spectacular - indeed the last 20 minutes ranks up there with a couple of Hitchcocks as possible the best film ever made.
