Yes wouldn't that be dreadful Barney: to never know who one was watching or interacting with because their identity was constantly morphing...

AI will hit us like an iceberg without us even knowing

So very true. The absence of bus conductors, ticket collectors, telephonists (who answer), postmen, bank tellers, waiters (all self service) etc.- all fortold the future!

Cloning and commuter generated enhancements have arrived big time. Now, our cars can be driven automatically and our trains need no drivers. Just like a new microwave/blockbuster era.

Very soon - we won't know who (or what/which) actor or performer we're watching. Is he real, or a simulation? New and unploughed ground - for organised crime.

Old movies will be infiltrated by different characters, changing the story line and producing a new outcome. Important interviews/statements will be altered!

About 12 years ago or, I was in Japan for a conference. It was a real opener when I saw robots pulling pints and mixing cocktails. I have heard a lot of big establishments now have them. A lot of the trains in Japan are unmanned.

It could ultimately replace everything we do as humans, not just a few Hollywood stars. I think you are correct Hedda most of us are sleep-walking the issue.

It all started with smartphones, they created a population of zombies.
