Green Man Who made judge, jury and executioner?
Wyot These medical cases trouble me because of the science and expert data interpretation that is required. I have read that because of this neither prosecution or defence relied on it in this case.

But doesn't that have risks (both ways) of omitting information which could cast serious doubt on the conclusion?

Perhaps this is the point of omitting it? So that there can be a trial.
robbiex Obviously, these deaths are terrible, but the only evidence they seem to have is circumstantial. I haven't read massive amounts of coverage, but none of them give details of much practical evidence. No CCTV, no eyewitnesses, no DNA evidence. The evidence seems to be that she was on duty when these deaths occurred. They found some crazy letters, but these could have just been fantasies. Goths can often have very dark fantasies. I'm not saying that she is innocent, but is the evidence there?
Andre This site on the case sounds a lot like Anna Raccoon
