Wyot Brexit has damaged our economy badly. So regardless of the particular reasons for Wilko's decline, their soon to be out of work employees have less prospects because of it.
JK2006 I don't think Brexit was to blame; just one of many ingredients. And many of those who fell for the simplistic slogans and voted accordingly are now finding some of the consequences (of changing horses in mid race) difficult.
Honey Why is it assumed that Brexit is to blame when the decline started long before it?
JK2006 I wonder how many of the 10,000 jobless workers voted for Brexit and taking back control? At least they now have control over their lives and those of their families as they pop down to the job centre.
