Wyot I have no interest in any of it. I never had an interest in Saville or Brand in terms of their alleged "talent" or the allegations against them.

If wrong doing has occurred this is a matter for the criminal justice system, not social media by either lynching or defending these infividuals. I do think there is an inconsistency in those defending using anecdote when those who condemn also use it.

I also disagree that allegations are not evidence. They may be weak, malicious or truthful so far as someone recalls, but they are evidence, which is not confined to the stronger evidence of DNA or CCTV.

What I hate is the immediate public and professional destruction of people just through allegation and other untested evidence.

Only a sick society behaves in this way.

No one really knows the extent he really did. Savile had a dark sense of humour then again if you go to any pub you hear worse.

A couple of years ago, I spoke to 2 ex nurses in a pub. They worked with Savile closely at Stoke Mandeville.

They told me and my partner he loved to prolong hugs and rub back s. They were never groped by him or cornered. He wasn't well liked, then again most people are not.

The nurses did say if anything did happen in the hospital, they never saw him do it.

I also know a friend of a friend who worked at Stoke Mandeville, who described him as a bit handsy or touchy-feely, which was not uncommon, particularly amongst outgoing tactile people, however nothing illegal. I didn't particularly like him or dislike him, I liked his shows "fix-it" and totp and respected him for being different and seemingly much older than other presenters of such shows.

similar to Rolf Harris who held my arm when I met him once. As a non tactile person I recognise others the opposite and know it's my problem not theirs.

There is NOT one scrap of evidence there was any abuse at any time. If there was I'd have found it.

Formal complaints have been issued to both the BBC and ITV.

If only the media would give you an interview to put your side of the story, or perhaps there'd be another way to do so (book?). But perhaps you can't if you're prevented from speaking freely for legal reasons.

I just watched the Brand documentary, it was a waste time. I kept asking myself how comes they didn't go the police or go to police during Operation Yewtree/Ore?

Even though Russell Brand worked for a production company he made a lot money for Channel 4 for garbage programmes.

He seemed to liked groupies and groupies liked him.

That is interesting Robbie, was your acquaintance at Stoke Mandeville before Savile worked there? His fund raising did bring the place up to date; and bought much needed instruments and equipment.

I did the Netflix documentary about Savile, however it showed no evidence and Ian Hislop threw in his 2 cents.

The man has been sued numerous times, so if knew something he could of said something or is another celeb who was scared to come forward, so more abuse happened?

How many useless celebrities are there that are not pussies? I saw a band in 2013 or so, they ranted about Savile, they said they knew and thought he was odd. (usual comments)

But again did nothing.
